Suraj Mahant has always been passionate about Food and so he started his career in F&B business in 2015 by operating is own Café & Restaurant in South Delhi and North Campus. He joined Lite Bite foods as a Business Development Head for their catering division – Savour. By 2016 he was made the Brand Head for the same and was handling Business Development across the board. by the year 2020, with Suraj’s network he was able to take the catering business to a 500% growth within 5 years, handling up to 30000 meals per day. In 2020, Suraj decided to venture out further in the F&B business and work on newer formats so he started his own company - Feastary Hospitality. He is the driving force behind the success and expansion of his Hospitality firm. Under his presence, Feastary has been able to formulate six exciting brands and unique concepts like Chaat & Chai Co., Matki, MomoYomo, Masala Gali, The South Pantry, and Brew & Bean co. In a short span of 2 years mid pandemic Feastary was successfully able to is a 40-outlet strong brand with presence across North India.

Mr. Lakshay Lohia is a distinguished Entrepreneur, 

The Executive Partner/Investor of Feastary Hospitality. His business acumen is further bolstered by his family's established presence in the real estate sector and manpower, where their ventures include Lion Infra Developers LLP and Lion India Manpower, underscoring their significant role in infrastructure and development projects. This combination of expertise in hospitality and real estate demonstrates Mr. Lohia's diverse entrepreneurial pursuits and dedication to growth across multiple sectors. Mr. Lohia's educational background, including a Master’s degree in Business Management (MSc) from the University of Roehampton, has undoubtedly contributed to his ability to manage and expand his business ventures effectively. His leadership has positioned Feastary Hospitality as a key player in the Indian market, particularly highlighted by the acquisition of the TGI Friday's brand in the region. 

Mr. Angkur brings over 18 years of rich experience in hospitality to his role as Head of Operations at Feastary Hospitality LLP. His impressive background includes leadership roles in prestigious five-star hotels like Taj Hotel, Ahmedabad, and Shangri-La, New Delhi, and notable fine-dining venues such as Punjab Grill, Farzi Café.

Angkur has been instrumental in launching multiple successful outlets in key cities of different countries like Delhi, Mumbai, and Singapore, Saudi Arabia. He played a crucial role in the inception of Farzi Cafe at Cyber Hub, Gurugram, contributing to its innovative fusion dishes and drinks that have helped the brand expand globally.

Beyond India, Angkur served as F&B Director at Inmaat Albilad in Saudi Arabia, where he successfully launched four unique restaurants, showcasing his ability to create culturally resonant dining experiences.

With a proven track record of operational excellence, Angkur Hati Baruah is set to lead Feastary Hospitality to new heights.
